Immediate Dispatch
We drop everything. Our van is pre-loaded for rapid retrieval.
Roadside Fix or Retrieval
We attempt a fix on-site (tube, chain, minor alignment) or securely transport your rig and you back to your base.
Expert Hands
All labor is performed by a mechanic who understands the stakes of your training block.
THE REDLINE PRICING: TRANSPARENT SPEED COST.
This is a premium, emergency-only service. You pay for the speed, the access, and the guarantee that we prioritize your ride over everything else.
1. EMERGENCY Dispatch: €50.00
Covers immediate dispatch, turning the van around, and on-site diagnostic time at your location. This fee applies regardless of whether the bike can be fixed roadside or requires retrieval.
2. PRO LABOR RATE
No "urgency" tax — just standard pro rates
All labor performed roadside (e.g., tube change, chain fix) or back at the workshop under a rescue call is charged at our standard Fixed Price Labor rates. You pay for the speed of delivery, not a tax on the fix.
3. Logistics & The Taxi
Logistics Fee
€0 / €20 / €40 depending on your zone in the Costa Blanca.
Human + Bike Taxi
€40 for every 50km block started. We get you and your machine home safely.
4. Bad Weather Bonus
If it's pouring, we bring the **hot tea and a splash of rum** (or your favorite fuel). Free of charge. We look after our own.

2. STAND BY: Dudi will call you back within minutes to confirm the location and ETA. Keep your phone charged and ready.
3. EMERGENCY OVERRIDE: If you do not receive our confirmation call within five minutes of hitting 'SEND,' activate the override. Then, and only then, call the Rescue Line.
