RESCUE SERVICE DETAIL: THE EMERGENCY BAILOUT
If you're stuck, crashed, or completely bonked, Dudi is your call.
- Rescue Fixed Fee: €50.00 (Covers immediate dispatch and on-site diagnostic time).
- Labor Surcharge: All labor performed roadside (e.g., tube change, chain fix) is charged at the SUPER EXPRESS (+100%) rate.
- Logistics Fee (If required): If the bike or rider needs to be transported to accommodation or a workshop, the applicable DUDI LOGISTICS fee below applies. If it's a long haul requiring a special retrieval trip, we charge €40 for every 50km started (one-way, e.g., taxiing you home).
IV. MINI-SHREDDER DISCOUNT (Kids Bikes <24")
The future of cycling is vital. We offer reduced pricing for smaller bikes, provided they are brought directly to our workshop and picked up later. Mobile service is not available for this discount.

V. DUDI'S LOGISTICS: WE COME TO YOU
We are a mobile workshop. The transport fee is the cost of bringing our expertise to your location, regardless of whether the job requires a workshop return.
