Immediate Dispatch
We drop everything. Our van is pre-loaded for rapid retrieval.
Roadside Fix or Retrieval
We attempt a fix on-site (tube, chain, minor alignment) or securely transport your rig and you back to your base.
Expert Hands
All labor is performed by a mechanic who understands the stakes of your training block.
THE REDLINE PRICING: TRANSPARENT SPEED COST.
This is a premium, emergency-only service. You pay for the speed, the access, and the guarantee that we prioritize your ride over everything else.
1. RESCUE FIXED FEE: €50.00
Covers immediate dispatch, turning the van around, and on-site diagnostic time at your location. This fee applies regardless of whether the bike can be fixed roadside or requires retrieval.
2. EMERGENCY LABOR RATE
SUPER EXPRESS RATE (+100% Surcharge)
All labor performed roadside (e.g., tube change, chain fix) or back at the workshop under a rescue call is charged at the SUPER EXPRESS rate (100% surcharge on standard labor costs). You pay for the speed.
Example: A standard €15 chain replacement becomes €30 under RESCUE.
3. LOGISTICS FEE (TRANSPORT & RETRIEVAL)
The Dudi van is your dedicated, fully-equipped support car. We charge for the required distance covered to reach your emergency and secure your immediate return.
Call-Out Base Fee
The initial zone fee (€0 / €20 / €40) applies immediately to the call-out, regardless of the issue. We are coming for you. This covers the first leg.
Long-Haul Retrieval
If your bike or rider requires transport beyond the immediate rescue, we charge €40 for every 50km started (one-way). We get the gear home. Don't worry about the distance.

1. FILL THE FORM (BELOW): Hit us with the location pin and the breakdown details. This secures your immediate spot in the queue.
2. STAND BY: Dudi will call you back within minutes to confirm the location and ETA. Keep your phone charged and ready.
3. EMERGENCY OVERRIDE: If you do not receive our confirmation call within five minutes of hitting 'SEND,' activate the override. Then, and only then, call the Rescue Line.
